Summer Workout Schedule


We will be starting summer workouts Tuesday 5/31/2022 and run through Thursday 7/28/22. Practice times will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays from 3:30PM-5:30PM. The first hour will be strictly wrestling and the second hour will be weight lifting. We encourage all wrestlers to pick two days a week and come. Hope to see them all there!! Thanks!
